Tecnostrutture’s 2025 Sustainability Report is now online

For the fifth consecutive year, Tecnostrutture has published its Sustainability Report, continuing a voluntary reporting journey that reflects the company’s commitment to integrating ESG principles into every aspect of its business.

The Report presents the results, projects, and objectives that guide our growth, based on the belief that sustainability is not a destination, but an ongoing process built on concrete actions and shared responsibility.

“Sustainability is not a destination, but a daily commitment. It means turning vision into concrete actions and creating lasting value for people, local communities, and future generations”
Franco Daniele, Founder of Tecnostrutture

The achievements that marked 2025

  1. Our production is powered by sun and water

In 2025, our photovoltaic system reached full operational capacity, covering 32% of the energy needs of our production plant. The remaining energy consumed continues to come exclusively from renewable sources, confirming our commitment to increasingly sustainable manufacturing.

  2. New hybrid solutions successfully validated

Innovation continues to be one of the pillars of our strategy. During the year, we successfully completed new fire-resistance tests on our beams combined with different slab systems, including hybrid timber-concrete solutions, further validating the performance of our hybrid construction systems.

  3. Recycled materials and CO₂ emissions in supplier selection

Supply chain sustainability remains a key element of our approach. We continue to consider both the percentage of recycled materials and the impact in terms of CO₂ emissions among the criteria used to evaluate and select our suppliers.

  4. People choose where to make an impact

We believe in the active involvement of our people. Also in 2025, employees selected the association to support, choosing APHE. In addition, we renewed our coastal clean-up day organized together with Legambiente, involving colleagues and their families in a practical initiative for the benefit of the local area.

  5. A clear direction towards 2030

During 2025, we defined three long-term ESG goals that will guide our path in the coming years: reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 20%, further strengthening employee well-being and development, and consolidating a culture of safety and responsibility throughout the supply chain.

The 2025 Sustainability Report represents an important opportunity to share our journey, measure the results achieved, and look at future challenges with awareness and determination.
