NPS® Slim Column
The NPS® Slim composite columns combine a steel tubular profile and a reinforcement cage, completed on site with concrete. More compact than traditional columns, they offer fire resistance of up to 120 minutes without additional protection. This solution allows for optimisation of the usable area, ensuring design flexibility and excellent seismic performance. Stiffness, strength and ductility are combined in a single structural element. Available in rectangular, square or circular sections and in multi-storey versions.

Sustainability
NPS® Slim columns are certified with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) issued by a third party.
This declaration is based on life cycle analysis (LCA), calculated per kg of column, providing transparency on the environmental impact of the product.
NPS® Slim columns support obtaining credits for sustainability certifications such as LEED and DGNB.
Assembly
An NPS® Slim multi-storey column is assembled in just 8 minutes, with the intervention of just three operators without shoring. After casting, you can immediately continue with the next steps without waiting for the 28-day curing period. Choosing multi-storey columns speeds up the construction process: one installation serves several levels, optimising time and resources.
Accessories
NPS® Base column head is the NPS® solution for punching shear resistance.
The NPS® Base column head prevents punching in the column area. Ideal for the top of NPS® columns. It can also be used at the head of cast-in-place concrete columns and precast reinforced concrete columns.
