4WD Cell Ferrari, Maranello

The building consists of an underground floor, three floors above ground (800 sq m each) and a flat roof. On the ground floor, the central core is the large engine test cell (called test chamber), two control rooms overlooking directly the cell, general and utility rooms serving the cell, reception and service premises, a simulator area, work and car outfitting areas, fan room next to the cell as well as material storage serving its activity. The project was completed in just 8 months of construction site.
