NPS^® for the roofing in view of 7 tunnel stations of the Brescia underground. Particular care was paid in designing to create a "spatial continuity" from the external surfaces – rich in skylights – to the platform level, thanks to dispensing with the traditional "mezzanine".

The architectural project of the CREW firm entailed knee portals in full view, with frame at a height of 25 metres. The structural challenge consisted in finding a technological solution to avoid shoring, and which supplied aesthetically valuable functional elements.
Quality of the NPS^® exposed beam is obtained thanks to special measures during production and transport. The structures, held at the far ends by suitable rubber supports n ever touch the ground, assuring extreme intrados consistency.
