Raselli Franco SPA Headquarters Expansion, Valenza Pò, Piedmont

Completed the new extension of the RASELLI FRANCO SPA headquarters in Valenza Pò, Piedmont.

The new 3-story building will house part of the production, and will be connected to the previous building where the new offices will be located.
Mixed NPS PDTI columns, NPS CLS beams with concrete footing, and hollow core slab were used for the work. The challenge of the construction site lay in the small construction space and the timeline dictated by the client.
It was delivered in 3 months: thanks to the use of NPS beams and pillars, the construction site was completed in half the time compared to a construction site on site and with only 3 people working on the erection.
