The building is planned to be converted into a luxury hotel, offices, prestigious residences and underground parking. 4 underground floors of approximately 1,500 m2 each with 6.5x6.5 mesh made with the Zenith Top Down method, using 38 PTC® NPS® columns, NPS®beams and slab ceilings. 35 cm thick decks.
Thanks to an article that also presented this case study, Tecnostrutture was awarded the 2016 IAGIG prize for the best report on design and construction aspects.
