For this exclusive residential complex, Tecnostrutture provided 43 self-bearing composite pillars named PMV NPS® with extremely compact sections.
Two buildings with modern architecture, for a total of 31 apartments ranging from 58 to 151 m2, underground parking and a warehouse area.

The lightness of the PMV NPS® Vertical Mixed Pillar guaranteed easy handling on site. This pillar has an external steel surface and can be filled in place, after the installation. Thanks to its central steel core, it is fire resistant up to 180 minutes, even with extremely compact sections. PMV NPS® columns have been chosen for this residential project because, compared to a PDTI®, they allow to obtain a 20% slimmer section.
Therefore, the added value of these columns is the improved usability of interior spaces.
